CCP global, Inc. formally known as Chicago Consulting Partners, provides global software integration and training services to the Fortune 1000 and G-2000 for products ranging from Oracle, People Soft, Ariba, Tibco and Supplier Integration Solutions etc. Challenge Due to a cancelled merger, CCP global requested Woodstock Group to assist with the transition of the President's office and provide a comprehensive review of their respective business units, and to assist in the design and implementation of various retrenchment and future growth strategies. Approach/Solution Woodstock Group provided on-site services to ensure an orderly transition of the President's office, Executive / Practice Management continuity and support, and executive transition consulting services to the new President. During this period, Woodstock Group also directed comprehensive strategy and planning sessions with the multiple Vice Presidents, to ensure each Practice focused on achieving increased customer satisfaction, staff utilization rates and improving ROI's.
