B2B and B2C Market Strategy Business Qwest was nearing completion of their new and industry first fiber optic network. The company offers direct telecom and Internet services to business, government and residential in the western part of the United States. Challenge The company was rapidly moving into the next phase of their business plan. The Business and Consumer Groups were now being created and Woodstock Group was directed to assist Qwest Managers in ramping up both business units.
