Enterprise Integration of .Net Business .Net was rapidly gaining new market share due to its flexibility in accommodating the various user groups within an enterprise environment. Challenge Microsoft USA just completed a very large sale to a F10 company and required assistance. Moreover, Microsoft USA requested that expert Senior Business Consulting and Project Management support be provided, in order to complete a global initiative and in a very compressed timeline. Solution The project required extensive management of multiple internal and external resources, that were located in the U.S., UK, Germany, and India. Additionally, independent resources were located and incorporated into the initiative that enabled Microsoft's various business units to enjoy a compressed time-line, while achieving the desired results. Our involvement was fluid, extensive and entailed a considerable amount of travel and personal interaction with representatives of Microsoft Corporate, Field offices, Partners and Clients. Results The project was completed per the SOW and with minimal Change Orders. The site launched and integrated all business units and with several other enterprise applications as designed and within the overall budget. |
