Microsoft EMEA based in Paris, France and supporting all 39 Microsoft European, Middle East and Africa subsidiaries, the business focuses on developing new opportunities, expanding market share and ensuring resources are aligned with market needs.

Challenge

Microsoft required that two separate projects be completed abroad and here in the United States, and over a period of twelve months.

Microsoft EMEA requested strategic growth and positioning analysis and Resource assessment assistance from Woodstock Group, for their Consulting Services business units across EMEA.

Approach / Solution

After extensive travel to the subsidiaries and meetings with the local Managers and Director's of the various business units, Woodstock Group assisted Microsoft EMEA in designing and implementing several new and strategic Sales, Resource Management and Operating initiatives -affecting each of the subsidiaries.
