Corporate Expansion Business Centerville Properties, LLC is a large regional Real Estate Developer and GC of Commercial, Retail Centers and high end Residential developments, based outside of Chicago, IL. Challenge Centerville requested that Woodstock Group assist them in transitioning certain and key partners into a new national division, and assist in developing the new entity, known today as Centerville National {CVN}. Approach/Solution Leveraging from the experience of Centerville Properties, we assisted Management in focusing CVN on offering complete real estate development services, including but not limited to; Land Acquisition, Design, Architectural, Engineering, Construction and Maintenance products. Directed towards Corporations seeking to expand, Franchisor' s and Franchisee's, large Residential Developers seeking to develop commercial opportunities within their subdivisions and land Owners, seeking to develop Commercial, Retail or Residential products. Results Together with Management, we devised the core national expansion strategy for CVN. And during the assignment, Woodstock Group aided in the review and formulation of key business practices, operational procedures, marketing, advertising and supply chain strategies for CVN to develop and implement. Moreover, Woodstock Group introduced CVN to key industry experts through extensive market research that enabled the parent company and CVN, to explore new opportunities never before pursued. |
